Glow In The Dark Information
Glow in the Dark Products absorb light energy and then discharge it over time, up to 12 hours, when the light source is removed. Unlike Ultra violet light Products, Glow Products at first glow intensely, and over many hours their glow effect diminishes.
Glow in the Dark Products generally use Glow in the Dark Pigment - Powder as the basic ingredient. As a general rule the larger the glow in the dark pigmernt - powder used, the brighter and longer the glow. This equates to the fact that Premium Green Glow in the Dark Pigments, and Green Glow in the Dark Sand, (known as Glow sand because of the large size of the individual particles), have the best illumination effect, combined with the longest duration of glow time.
The strongest glowing glow in the dark Pigment colours are as follows
Green - Brightest and longest Glow
Aqua - Second brightest combined with second longest glow time
Blue - Third brightest glow colour combine with third longest glow
Red - White - Peach - etc - Do not compare in glow intensity when compared to above glow in the dark pigments but where more than three colours are rquired add that special extra colour intencity.

Our new range of Fluorescent Glow in the dark Pigments - Powders, 1- Glow in the Dark, 2- Look good in light conditions, and 3- will Fluoresce when exposed to Ultraviolet Light - Black Light. The Toy bear image on the left, is made of Blue glow in the Dark Pigments - Powders, and Polyester Resin. We used a cake mold to get the bear shape.
